Its called a Fatty

2lbs of jimmy dean sausage
2lbs of polish sausage
1lb bacon slices
pepper jack cheese slices

I use 2 lbs of Jimmy Dean Sausage and 2 lbs of polish sausage all mixed together then spread out on greased aluminum foil into a square shape.  I like to use pam for the spray on the the aluminum foil.  once I have the sausage spread out I  layer pepper jack cheese slices on it.  Once its got the cheese carefully roll it up.  Once its rolled thats when you make a bacon Weave and wrap the rolled up sausage in it.

I put it on the smoker at 250 deg and cook for about 1.5 - 2 hours.

TAMPA - The Bulls showed the nation they are for real Wednesday night.

USF men's basketball completed a season sweep of Villanova with a dominant 65-51 victory at the Tampa Bay Times Forum in a game that was televised to homes around the country on ESPN2.

USF (16-10) is tied for third place in the Big East with college hoops heavyweight Georgetown at 9-4 in league play. The Bulls also are five games over .500 in the conference for the first time in the program's history.

"A lot of games we've played people say it was a fluke - our success," said Hugh Robertson, who had 14 points against the Wildcats. "We just want to come out and let people see that it's really real."

The Bulls have played themselves into the NCAA Tournament discussion and have gained a lot of fans along the way. One in particular - Villanova head coach Jay Wright - gave Stan Heath's squad tons of praise after the sweep was completed.

"I love their team," he said. "I love their toughness, their unselfishness. It's hard to prepare for them because they have so many weapons."

Villanova failed to crack the 60-point mark in both meetings with USF this season and only had 20 points in the first half Wednesday.

"They just really function as a unit defensively really well," Wright said. "They are one of the best defensive teams we've played against."

The popular question lately about USF is if it's indeed worthy of an NCAA Tournament spot. Wright's answer is a definite "yes" and the seasoned coach thinks the Bulls could stick around for a while in the dance.

"If you're an NCAA-caliber team coming out of our conference, you're going to be successful in the NCAA Tournament," he said. "You're going to have a chance and I think this team is definitely good enough to be an NCAA Tournament team."

USF looks to add to its solid season resume 7 p.m. Sunday when it plays at Pittsburgh. The Bulls won the teams' previous meeting, 63-51, on Feb. 8 at the Forum.
